Harbour Isle is a modern, sustainable, waterfront community comprising of several residential towers, boutique hotel, office complex, market, marina, park space and pedestrian corridors for residential pursuits. In advance of construction, as an independent contractor, Paul Behner was engaged by Romspen’s project team to seek cost efficient ways to develop the site. The onsite conditions were particularly challenging, requiring significant wetland alterations, infilling, earthworks, infrastructure, marine work and environmental protection.

Paul brought creative solutions and the development strategy to successfully deliver the initial civil construction phase requirements on time and well under budget. Paul’s collaborative approach with Romspen’s team combined with his expertise ensured all project complexities were well managed, making way for subsequent phases of construction.
